  • A petition to establish parental relationship is the initial step in securing your right as the other parent in California. The petition places the other parent on notice that you are seeking to have a judgment establishing you as the parent of the child. This type of petition is essential in assuring legal and physical rights to a child if you are not married to the other parent at the time the child is born. Ayuda Legal assists in the preparation, filing and service of the initial petition, preparation of any Request for Order needed to establish visitation immediately, and assistance in preparation, filing, and service of judgment documents to obtain your final order.

  • A Revocable Living Trust is an estate planning vehicle that provides an efficient way to pass your hard-earned assets to your loved ones upon your death, without the need for Probate. Your assets pass to your intended beneficiaries by the Trustee of the Trust. Anyone with owns real property in the State of California should have a Revocable Living Trust in place, even if there is a mortgage on the property. Many people have a misconception that a Revocable Living Trust is for individuals or families with large estates or substantial assets. The fact is that a Revocable Living Trust is an important estate planning vehicle for anyone who owns real property. A Revocable Living Trust is fully revocable and amenable during your lifetime. Generally, a Revocable Living Trust becomes irrevocable and cannot be modified or changed upon your death or incapacity.
